These terms cover text messages between YAI LLC and you. They are the terms referred to in section 17 of our purchase contract, and they apply whether you gave us your mobile number on a purchase form, in an email, or by signing the contract.
Terms of service
By giving us your mobile number and opting in to text messages, you agree to receive SMS communications tied to your account or your purchase. These may include replies to your questions, payment and due-date reminders, updates on your deed, recording or signing status, and other messages directly related to the parcel you are buying or have bought from us. We do not send marketing blasts by text.
You can stop at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send. We will reply once to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further SMS from us. If you want them again later, opt in the same way you did the first time. Opting out of text messages does not change anything in your contract: we will simply reach you by email instead, which is the notice method section 17 already provides for.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with the activity on your account. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider directly.
Privacy
YAI LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent records with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be shared only with the subcontractors and service providers we use to operate the messaging service itself — for example the SMS platform, the telecommunications providers carrying the messages, and our support tools. That sharing is strictly limited to delivering and operating the service.
SMS opt-in data and consent records are never shared with any third party for any other purpose. Our full Privacy Policy covers everything else we collect on this site.
