Arkansas tax auction land: the state doesn't guarantee title, access, or that it exists.

October 19, 202637 seconds

At an Arkansas tax auction, the state does not guarantee the title, the access, or even that the land exists. In most cases the buyer has to go to court to quiet the title before it is marketable, and at the live auction you pay in full that day. A judge can still cancel the sale. Before you bid, research the parcel at the county: its location, size, and any liens and fees still owed. Text LAND to (307) 337-9113 for price drops and new lots.

Almog, cheap land at an Arkansas tax auction. What's the catch? The state doesn't guarantee the title, the access, or even that the land exists. In most cases, the buyer must go to court to quiet the title before it's marketable. And once I win the bid, is it final? At the live auction you pay in full that day. And a judge can still cancel the sale. So check the parcel at the county first: location, size, liens and fees owed. Before you bid, count what it costs to clear the title.
