Land inventory in America is down twenty four percent since twenty nineteen. And in those same years, land prices rose more than seventy seven percent. Fewer lots, higher prices. That's from a national Realtor dot com study published this April. Not a sales pitch. A supply problem. It doesn't mean panic buying.
